Jeremy Levine, Esq., a Texas licensed attorney, is the manager and sole principal of Libra Fund and Libra Fund PR. Mr. Levine has provided legal and/or escrow management services to companies in the life settlement industry since 2010 and, via Libra Fund and Libra Fund PR, and their relationships with banks, specialty financial services companies and other strategic partners in the industry both in the United States and Puerto Rico, provides escrow clients with committed, effective, efficient, secure and result-oriented escrow management services.
Mr. Levine founded The Levine Law Firm, P.C., in 2007, specializing in corporate/business transactions and litigation. Formerly a partner in the Austin offices of renowned Texas law firm Cantey Hanger LLP prior to opening The Levine Law Firm. P.C., in 2007, he has been an active member of the Texas State Bar since 1994 and is an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association and Travis County Bar Association as well as an Austin Bar Foundation Fellow. Mr. Levine is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in the State of Texas, as well as before the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans. Prior to graduating from law school, Mr. Levine worked in the Washington, D.C., office of Senator Joseph Lieberman.
Mr. Levine presently serves on the Advisory Committee of the Austin Chapter of the Anti-Defamation League, where he finds inspiration in the ADL’s commitment to “fairness and justice for all”. Mr. Levine has been married to his wife Jacquelyn for 19 years and they are parents to their 18 year-old daughter Skye who is now attending Columbia University of the Ivy League.
